All products are made-to-order and crafted from solid wood, making each piece unique.

Production times may vary depending on availability and customization.
Estimated turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, though some orders may be completed sooner.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these production timelines.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

Full payment is required before production begins.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases where:

The wrong item was delivered, or
The product has a defect caused during production

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

All pieces are made from natural wood and will vary in shape, grain, and appearance.

These variations are not defects — they are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
